Although our main clients are small businesses, anyone can use our services! We typically do not take on heavy-content clients (such as influencers, photographers, etc.) because we've found that their needs don't fit our current package offerings. However, we are always open to a chat to determine if it's a good fit or if there's an alternative option based on your business type.

All of our plans have a foundational focus on Facebook & Instagram. When we post to one of these, we're always posting to both. This means it's usually an even share between main platforms to start. We pay close attention to all incoming data on what works and what doesn't, and may shift posts accordingly based on statistics to get the most out of every post.

You can upload your library to your dedicated Google Drive received during onboarding. This is usually the preferred method so you have full visibility of the content you've already shared with us. Plus, even though we are happy to provide free images, it's a necessary step in onboarding for us to receive your logos and other basic brand images to get you started.

We've found where most businesses are missing the mark in their social media activity is consistency. Our design team has years of social media management expertise, so the content will be based on your brand, industry styles, current trending content and personal business preferences. Usually you'll see a mix of plain text, text & image, or text & video posts with your preferences as the main foundation for created content.

Absolutely! This service is designed to provide you with a consistent and effective social media schedule where you have the opportunity to be hands-off. However, if you have a promo or special post, nothing stops you from logging into your own social pages and adding content when desired. Actually, it works great for those one-off posts you might have in mind!

During the onboarding process, you'll want to have a few things in place for quicker service. First, you'll have a quick onboarding call to ensure your Facebook & Instagram are integrated, and also login our private system for us to access future social scheduling. You'll also want to upload your preferred business images for marketing use to your dedicated Google Drive folder, provided to you during onboarding. This should include your business logos at a minimum. That's all we need to get the ball rolling!

We hate to see you go! Unless otherwise stated, our standard subscriptions are all flexible and can be cancelled at any time. Please note that we just ask for a 30-day notice to [email protected]. Nothing fancy; A simple "This is so-and-so and I want to cancel my social media subscription" will suffice. This allows us to complete predetermined content scheduling and cancel your integrations during the last 30 days. Leaping Leads has a no refund or return policy on completed purchases.
